In accordance with Article D.1142-4 of the Labor Code resulting from Decree No. 2019-15 of 8 January 2019, the level of results obtained by SEPR with regard to the indicators relating to the pay gap between men and women is 79 points in 2020 and 84 points in 2021. 

Conformément à l’article D.1142-4 du Code du travail issu du décret n°2019-15 du 8 janvier 2019, le niveau de résultat obtenu par la société SEPR au regard des indicateurs relatifs aux écarts de rémunérations entre les hommes et les femmes est de 79 points pour l'année 2020 et de 84 points pour l'année 2021.
