Type 2
Typical application
CRUCIFORM® Type 2 is 40mm thick to reinforce resistance to corrosion.
ER 1682 RX Type 2 is used in the middle and bottom part of the checker packing with high corrosion level in the condensation area.

Type 3
Typical application
CRUCIFORM® Type 3 is 30mm thick with a high heat exchange surface.
ER 1682 RX Type 3 provide its best thermal performance when installed in the bottom part of the checker packing.

Type 4
Typical application
The unique corrugated shape of CRUCIFORM® Type 4 optimize the convection heat exchange for higher efficiency.
ER 1682 RX Type 4 is typically used in the middle part of the regenerator packings.

Type 6
Typical application
Type 6 CRUCIFORM® very large channel sizes drastically reduce the clogging risk in the condensation zone.
ER 1682 RX Type 6 is used in the bottom part of the checker packing. It is compatible with the use of others CRUCIFORM® types in the remaining packing area.
