Zircon mix to seal joints of mixed material including silica.
Typical application
ERPLAST® Z PATCH is an excellent chemical barrier. Dedicated to superstructure joint sealing between different material like AZS & Silica, Alumina & Silica or AZS & Alumina.
Also used for silica superstructures, cold and hot repairs.

Instructions of use
Ready-to-use. Chemical setting.
2 to 5% in weight of drinkable water can be added to obtain the desired plasticity or when using for hot repairs.
Packaging and storage
- 50kg drum
- Must be properly stored up to expiry date in undamaged original sealed packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C
