Type 2

Typical application

CRUCIFORMS® Type 2 is 40mm thick to reinforce resistance to corrosion.

ER 5312 RX Type 2 is used at the upper part of the regenerator packings operating with high carryover level or high exhaust gas velocities.

Type 4

Typical application

The unique corrugated shape of CRUCIFORMS® Type 4 optimize the convection heat exchange for the higher efficiency.

ER 5312 Type 4 is used at the upper part of the regenerator packings.

Type 8

Typical application

Half channel CRUCIFORMS® Type 8 for high fuel efficiency regenerator.

Increased heat exchange surface combined with the corrugated shape further boost the thermal efficiency of the entire regenerator.

ER 5312 Type 8 is dedicated to the top 5 to 3 courses of the checker packing. It is compatible with the use of others CRUCIFORMS® types in the remaining packing area.
