Repair Chips Zircon is a pure zircon product dedicated to furnace hot and cold repairs. Thanks to its pure zircon composition, this product is fully compatible with silica, bonded, or fused cast AZS products.
The product can be applied in a furnace bottom within a broad range of temperatures from room temperature to 1,500°C (68°F - 2,732°F). It is easy to handle and guarantees no pollution of the glass.
Typical application
Repair Chips Zircon are high-purity zircon-based materials designed for localized hot repairs across all furnace types. They are especially suited for glass furnace bottom.
Glass Segments: Container glass, flat glass, and insulation glass.
