Void-free electrofused alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) with 32% zirconia
Alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) with good castability enabling complex and varied shapes and sizes. Void-free structure enabling longer lifetime.
Sintered zircon with 66% zirconia
Premium zirconium silicate. Very high resistance to vapours corrosion and very good glass contact properties for specialty glass expendables.
Bonded alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) with 10% zirconia
333 is adapted for most of the standard feeder expendable applications.
Sintered sillimanite 61% alumina
Excellent thermal shock resistance. Available in complex and large shapes.
Corundum material
Product only used for orifice rings when a zirconia-free product is requested.
Mullite material
CRA is well adapted to increase lifetime of Danner mandrels and reduce glass defects. CRA has better surface quality compared to other materials.
Sintered mullite 68% alumina
Good glass contact properties and thermal shock resistance. Low iron oxide content. Available in complex and large shapes.
Sintered 85% high chrome
Very high corrosion resistance with high thermal-mechanical properties.
Zircon material
CZ4 is a fine grain zircon-based refractory material. It is used mainly as orifice rings for the manufacturing of borosilicate glass and other special glasses.
