Composed with an innovative chrome-alumina solid solution, the tiles exhibit extremely good resistance to thermal shock and offer premium corrosion resistance.
They are particularly suited for tank or feeder overcoating. In addition, their very high electrical resistance makes them fully compatible for use in nearby electrodes and/or with low electrical resistance glasses.
Typical application
Repair Tiles CHROM50 LF are engineered for superstructures, bottoms, and side walls in container, flat, and insulation glass furnaces.
Advantages
| Longevity | SEFPRO's void-free process ensures CHROM50 LF repair tiles have a homogeneous structure with very low porosity. |
| Versatility | Can be used for hot or cold repairs |
