Sintered sillimanite 65% alumina
Good thermal shock resistance. Available in standard brick format.
Typical application
ARKAL 65 S is used in:
- mid and lower sections of regenerator chamber walls: partition wall and sidewalls.
- rider arches.
For a upper section of regenerator, refer to ARKAL 71 M, MS 75.
If mortar is required, use MULLITE MORTAR or ARKAL MORTAR.
