Description

Made of alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) grains. Excellent thermal shock resistance combined with high resistance to vapours corrosion

Typical application

ERMOLD is available in complex and large shapes. Used in superstructure area requiring high thermal shock resistance and good corrosion resistance such as doghouse backup arch, hot replacement burner blocks, peep-holes and TV blocks.

For application in bottom sub-paving, refer to ERMOLD 300.

Storage

The bonded alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) with 30% zirconia, ERMOLD solution must be stored in a dry environment protected from weather conditions.
