Typical application

PROMOLD is manufactured with AZS grains providing a good corrosion resistance to alkali or boron vapours. Used in :

  • forehearth superstructure subject to high corrosion such as sodalime coloring zone and insulation glass fiber,
  • frits and enamel furnaces superstructure including crown,
  • and burner block.

If mortar is required, use PROMOLD MORTAR.
