Sintered zircon-mullite with 20% zirconia

Description

Made of fused zircon-mullite grains. High resistance to vapours corrosion. Available in standard brick format.

Typical application

ZMP is manufactured with zircon-mullite fused grains providing a high corrosion resistance to alkali vapours. Used in forehearth superstructure subject to high corrosion such as sodalime coloring zone or soda-lime extra white glass.

Storage

The sintered zircon-mullite with 20% zirconia, ZMP solution must be stored in a dry environment protected from weather conditions.
