Description

Good corrosion resistance to alkali or boron vapours. Available in standard brick format.

Typical application

MS 4 F is used in :

  • superstructures breastwalls for reinforcement and textile fiber glass furnaces as well as for borosilicate and enamels glass furnaces,
  • regenerator chamber walls.

If mortar is required, use MULLITE MORTAR or BP MULLITE MORTAR.

Storage

The sintered mullite 79% alumina, MS 4 F solution must be stored in a dry environment protected from weather conditions.
