Void-free electrofused alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) with 39% yttria-doped zirconia

Description

The alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) material with the highest corrosion resistance for simple rectangular shapes. The only AZS allowing joint closure at operating conditions.

Typical application

The void-free electrofused alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) with 39% yttria-doped zirconia, ER 2010 RIC RT solution is mainly used as melting sidewall applications for flame furnaces.

ER 2010 RIC RT is specifically dedicated to sidewalls in clear and extra clear glass furnaces (reduced iron content), enabling significant reduction of low-temperature blistering.
